Brett Holmes

Brett grew up in Pennsylvania and spent much of his childhood outdoors, fishing, playing sports, and catching critters in the woods. After more than 15 years in finance and real estate investing in Chicago, in 2023 he realized a dream by acquiring and operating his first RV campground near his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. He now brings a wealth of real estate investment and hospitality experience to the world of campground management.

Brett's approach to campground management blends his finance background, obsession with detail, and his eye for design to focus on creating memorable guest experiences. In his free time, Brett enjoys hiking, camping, photography, skiing, fishing, scuba diving, and soccer. When at home, he can be found cooking and eating with friends.

Brett holds a B.S in Finance & Economics from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. Fun Fact: Brett's interior design side projects have been featured in several magazines and was showcased in a 2024 Super Bowl commercial, HGTV, and the Food Network.
